Once you switch to a business profile , Instagram will grant you access to native in-app features like analytics, shopping links, contact links and more!

Instagram is a Facebook company and to access Analytics data for your Instagram account, you need to connect your Instagram Business account with your Facebook page to allow access to Analytics data. That is how Facebook wants it to be!

Verify that you have an Instagram Business Profile or Creator Profile. Verify that you have connected to the right Facebook Page. Verify that you are the Admin or Editor of the Facebook Page. Your Instagram business account connection with ShoutNow expired. If you are still facing an issue try disconnecting your Facebook page from Instagram account and reconnecting it. If you're missing some Instagram analytics data, there are various reasons why this might be happening: You had a personal Instagram profile: If you switched from an Instagram personal profile to a business profile, you will see advanced analytics like impressions, reach, and profile views from the day you switched. You have fewer than 100 followers: Due to Instagram limitations, Instagram business profiles with fewer than 100 followers won't see audience demographics, including age, gender, location, and language. Your Instagram business profile connection to ShoutNow expired: Sometimes you'll need to refresh the connection between your Instagram business profile and ShoutNow so we can continue to read your analytics. Your Instagram business profile is age-gated: Instagram doesn't provide data about age-gated Instagram Business accounts. Instagram doesn't provide data about IGTV: Although IGTV is integrated into Instagram, it doesn't provide data about IGTV posts since it is actually not a part of Instagram. Instagram doesn't provide data about promoted posts: Posts promoted on Instagram or via Facebook Ads aren't counted against your analytics. Find out more about how Instagram analytics work here.

There can be multiple reasons behind this: You changed your Facebook or Instagram password. You switched to Personal Instagram profile or Private profile. You disconnected Instagram business account from your Facebook Page. Your Instagram business account connection with ShoutNow expired.
